Refund Policy

1. Due to its virtual nature, Premium is consumed upon purchase. Therefore, no refund is possible.

2. A partial refund will be issued if the refund complies with legislation or as judged by MuscleMaxme.

2.1. We have no right to issue any refunds for in-app purchases made through the App Store. The only way to get a refund for such purchases is to contact Apple.

2.2. For in-app purchases made through the Google Play Store, our website, or PayPal, if a refund is required, a 50% transaction fee and premium days of use will be deducted. Orders more than 7 days after payment will not be refunded.

2.3. Please note that in-app purchases made through the APP Store and Google Play Store may automatically renew the service. In this case, no refunds will be issued. Users are responsible for canceling future renewals of relevant APP markets.

2.4. Subscriptions, gift card purchases and promotional sales are not eligible for refunds.

General

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, govern your use of the relevant services provided by the MuscleMaxme mobile app (the "App").

By downloading the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, and by completing the online registration process, you confirm and confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the application.

Intellectual property

MuscleMaxme SECURITY SUBSCRIPTION

MISCELLANEOUS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time at our sole discretion. 退款政策
